EasyDesk → Gain.io

EasyDesk is now Gain.io.

EasyDesk became Gain.io, same team and same helpdesk underneath. The new half sits on the same customer record as your tickets, costs nothing extra, and stays hidden until someone on your team switches it on.

Everything you used is still here.

How it adapts

A support team never has to see a deal.

One setting in your workspace decides it. Choose support only and Deals, Offers, Tasks and Calendar never appear in anyone’s sidebar. Choose both and they are there the next time your team logs in.

Same product. Different setup.

  • Knowledge Base
  • SLA
  • Reports
  • ContactsAlways

Contacts are in every setup — one record for the same person, whether they’re a lead or a ticket.

Common questions

Do I have to use the CRM part?
No. Set your workspace to support only, and the CRM screens never appear for anyone on your team. The price is the same either way, and you can change the setting yourself whenever you like, without talking to us.
What happens to my tickets and contacts?
They come across. Tickets, contacts, conversation history, macros and SLA rules move with the account, and we run the migration. You do not export anything, re-key anything or rebuild anything. Your team signs in, and the queue looks the same.
Why not keep both products running?
Two products meant one customer had two records, which is the exact problem Gain.io exists to remove. Two roadmaps, two codebases, two logins for one relationship. Keeping both would have meant shipping the thing we argue against. One product is simpler for the people who use it and the people who build it.
Who is behind Gain.io?
Gain Solutions AS in Norway, the same team that built EasyDesk. This is not an acquisition; there is no third party involved, and nobody new has a say in the roadmap. The people who answered your support emails last month still answered them.
