These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services provided by Gain Media AS, doing business as Gain.io (“Gain.io”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using Gain.io’s websites, software, mobile applications, or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.
Gain.io provides information technology and related services, including websites, software, applications, updates, enhancements, and related materials (the “Gain.io Services”).
These Terms apply to:
Visitors to our websites (“Site Visitors”), and
Individuals authorized by a Gain.io customer (“Authorized Users”)
Together, these users are referred to as “you” or “Users”.
Please read these Terms carefully. They include important information about billing, subscriptions, renewals, limitations of liability, and changes to the Services.
If you purchase any product or service through the Services (“Purchase”), you may be required to provide payment and billing information, including credit card details and billing address.
By making a Purchase, you represent and warrant that:
You are legally authorized to use the payment method provided
The information you submit is accurate, complete, and current
We use third-party payment providers to process transactions. By submitting your information, you authorize us to share it with these providers as necessary to complete your Purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including due to:
Product or service availability
Errors in pricing or descriptions
Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
We may also adjust usage limits, word counts, or service restrictions as required to maintain service quality and fair access for all users.
Some Services are offered on a subscription basis (“Subscriptions”) and billed in advance regularly (“Billing Cycle”), typically monthly or annually.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled by you or terminated by Gain.io. You may cancel renewal through your account settings or by contacting customer support.
You must provide valid and complete billing information. By submitting payment details, you authorize Gain.io to charge applicable subscription fees.
If automatic billing fails, we may issue an invoice requiring manual payment within a specified timeframe.
Gain.io may offer a free trial of certain subscription plans (“Free Trial”) at its discretion.
No credit card is required to start a Free Trial
During the Free Trial, full access to applicable features may be provided
After the Free Trial ends:
Access to premium features will be paused
You may choose a paid plan and provide billing details to continue
Gain.io reserves the right to modify or cancel Free Trial offers at any time without notice.
You agree not to engage in activities that pose risk or harm to Gain.io, other users, or third parties, including but not limited to:
Reverse engineering or attempting to derive source code
Reselling, sublicensing, or providing unauthorized access to the Services
Using the Services to build or support competing products
Sharing login credentials or API keys
Scraping, extracting, or aggregating data outside permitted use
Circumventing security features or access controls
Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities for commercial gain
Engaging in fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activities
Violating applicable laws, sanctions, or regulations
Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account access.
We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting devices, as doing so may compromise security, expose your device to malware, and prevent the Services from functioning correctly.
The Services may include or link to third-party products, services, or content (“Third-Party Materials”).
Gain.io does not control or endorse Third-Party Materials and makes no warranties regarding their accuracy or reliability. Your interactions with third-party providers are solely between you and those providers and are subject to their own terms and policies.
To use certain Services, you may be required to create an account.
By creating an account, you confirm that:
You meet the applicable age requirements
The information you provide is accurate and up to date
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gain.io disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gain.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.
If liability is found, it shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the Services giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
You may stop using the Services at any time. Termination does not affect obligations incurred before termination.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part of them) at any time without notice. We are not liable for unavailability or changes to functionality.
We may update these Terms by posting revised versions on this page. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
